Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 5-10 days for delivery in the UK.

All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped to United Kingdom, USA,Canada, Europe and Australia will take 2 to 4 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and offer free delivery on all orders. 

Lucky Paws Pet Store partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting pet products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as UK, China, USA etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

We offer free international shipping to everywhere in the world - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

This depends on the product ordered and your location. Due to high demand and multiple global partners typical delivery times are:

UK: 5 - 10 days

USA: 14 to 30 days

Europe: 5 to 30 days

Australia/New Zealand: 25 to 35 days 

Rest of the world: 20 to 40 days (please keep in mind that the delivery of your package in some smaller countries or islands might take longer, but do not worry you will get your items!)
